An 1,800 m² headquarters floor for a growing technology company — Azure's largest office project to date, delivered as construction manager and fit-out contractor.
The client's workplace consultant produced the space plan and look-and-feel. Azure engineered the services for a high-density floor, managed the base-build landlord, and built the fit-out in two phases so the client could occupy half the floor early.
