Azure was founded in 2020 on a simple observation: clients were paying a design studio for intent and a contractor for execution, and carrying the gap between them alone.
Before founding Azure, [Founder name] spent twelve years in senior roles across fit-out and construction in Egypt — first on the design side, then leading delivery for retail and commercial programmes. That experience of sitting on both sides of the table shaped the company: a contractor that reads drawings the way a designer does, and a design team that knows what a site needs on a Thursday afternoon.
Today Azure is a team of designers, engineers, project managers and site professionals working remotely and on site across Egypt, based in Cairo. We are strongest in retail fit-out, increasingly appointed for offices and F&B, and building the in-house engineering capability to take on larger and more complex commercial projects — always under one responsibility.
